The Foundation collects these Personal Information (PI) for its legitimate Purposes: (a) Identification and contact information; (b) program and participation information; (c) donor and financial information; (d) communications and engagement information; (e) photographs, videos, testimonials and stories; (f) website and digital interaction information; (g) employment and volunteer information; and (h) where legally permitted and with your explicit consent, sensitive personal information necessary for program delivery, safeguarding, disaster response, inclusion initiatives, or compliance requirements.

How the Foundation Collects Your Personal Information

The Foundation may collect Personal Information (PI) directly through forms, registrations, surveys, applications, website submissions, social media interactions, community consultations, field activities, events, interviews, photographs and videos, partner referrals, cookies or similar technologies used on the Foundation website.

As part of its mission, the Foundation may collect and use photographs, videos, audio recordings, testimonials, interviews, success stories, case studies, and other documentation during programs and activities. These may be used for program monitoring and evaluation, impact reporting, annual and sustainability reports, website and social media content, awareness campaigns, volunteer engagement, fundraising, partnership development, and internal learning.

Where required by law, the Foundation will obtain appropriate consent before collecting or publishing identifiable images or stories. For minors, consent shall be obtained from a parent or legal guardian. The Foundation is committed to portraying individuals and communities with dignity, accuracy, cultural sensitivity, and respect, and to avoiding content that may expose them to harm, discrimination, stigma, or exploitation. Individuals may withdraw consent for future use of identifiable materials by contacting the Data Protection Officer, subject to legal and operational limitations. The Foundation may also use anonymized or aggregated information for research, reporting, and learning purposes.

How Long the Foundation Keep Your Personal Information

The Foundation retains Personal Information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this notice, or as required by applicable Philippine laws. Once no longer needed, your data is securely deleted or anonymized.
